About VirtualSquad

We are a team of passionate Australian gamers dedicated to delivering honest reviews and world-class esports coverage.

Our Story

VirtualSquad was founded in 2019 by a group of Sydney-based gamers who were frustrated with the lack of genuinely unbiased game coverage tailored to the Australian market. Too many reviews ignored local server performance, regional availability, and the unique preferences of Aussie players.

What started as a small blog has grown into Australia's most trusted gaming media platform, with over 48,000 registered community members, 500+ published reviews, and a thriving esports tournament series spanning every major city.

We are proudly independent. We do not accept payment for reviews, we do not take publisher advertising deals that influence our editorial content, and we always disclose any review copies received. Our readers trust us — and we take that seriously.
